DELAYS
Due to changes in the Australia Post network, some orders may experience delivery delays. These delays are out of our control. There will not be a delay to the dispatch of your item, but in transit to its destination.
While these delays have been rare, they can occur, particularly for customers in Western Australia.
We appreciate your understanding when a delay does occur, and we will always do whatever we can do expedite the delivery where possible.
DISPATCHING
You will receive an Australia Post tracking number the moment your order is sent from our warehouse.
RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not offer any returns for change of mind due to the nature of this product.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Unfortunately, we only ship to customers within Australia at present.
