Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

We offer a variety of shipping options to customers. Standard shipping is free for all new orders when using the promotional code.

Do you ship overseas?

Unfortunately, we only ship to customers within Australia. We hope to launch our New Zealand store soon, so that we can bring the same incredible fragrances to our Kiwi neighbours! 

How long until I get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders to metro regions in Australia are usually delivered within 3-6 days. Delivery to rural areas usually takes 4-7 days. 

How long until my order is shipped?

We will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number the moment your order leaves our warehouse.

Where are orders shipped from?

All orders are sent from our warehouse right here in Sydney, Australia.

TRACKING

How do I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number the moment your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

My order has shipped but hasn't moved in several days.

There can occasionally be delays within the carrier network which results in delays to orders. These delays are entirely out of our control.

Unfortunately, we are unable to lodge inquiries with our carrier on your behalf. If you have received your tracking number, it means that the item has been collected from our warehouse, and the parcel is no longer within our control.

We suggest reaching out directly to the carrier to enquire about the delay.

PAYMENT

How do I place an order?

Just click on a product you like and add it to cart. Then follow our easy and secure checkout process.

What is your store currency?

All prices are displayed & processed in Australian dollars (AUD).

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

All payments made are secure as we use the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available) - and we do not store any of your payment information.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

We start working on your order as soon as you submit it, therefore it's very unlikely that we are able to change or cancel it.

Please contact us and we will do our best to make it happen.

REFUNDS

Can I cancel my order for a refund?

Our policy is to not allow cancellations of an order after being placed. However, in some cases your order may need to be cancelled due to stock unavailability, or due to a return. You will be notified directly by our team if your order is refunded.

How long do refunds take to reflect?

If your order is refunded fully, or partially, you will receive an email confirming the refund. This means the payment amount has been refunded by our payment processor.

Depending on your bank, refunds usually reflect in 1-3 business days. Business days means Monday to Friday.

Unfortunately, this timeline is dependent on your financial institution, and we are unable to expedite this process.
